Do I use my License Key every time I sign on?

A:

No. You use your License Key only the first time you install or renew the product you purchased.

Q.

Does Speed To Hire™ work 24 hours a day, seven days a week?

A:

Yes. As long as the administrator's PC is turned on. Remember, all the resumes are coming to the administrator's PC.

Q:

Will Speed To Hire™ slow my system down?

A:

Under normal e-mail traffic parameters, you should not notice any performance degredation.

If your system appears to be slowing down, it may be due to multiple programs running in the background. Use the Runner Tool we have provided to turn on and off various features of Speed To Hire™, without shutting down, re-loading, or re-booting your system.

Q:

How do I know Speed To Hire™ is working?

A:

There are three ways to check that Speed To Hire™ is working.

  • Click on Job Display. Then click on Graphical Display. Here you can see a radar screen representation of resumes coming to you.
  • Click on Numeric/Spreadsheet Display to see the number of resumes coming in and to see the number of places your jobs are being posted.
  • Check your Incoming Mail folder and look for a new folder entitled "Incoming Resumes." Check there for job sub-folders for each job you have posted.
